“Secret Flavors” for Confesercenti

𝐒𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐢 𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢: Enogastronomy,(food and wine) tourism and innovation, 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑰𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒚 come together, giving life to a great event of national interest that we created for Confesercenti.

The objective is to involve the entire supply chain of public establishments, experimenting with a new way of working together beyond pure competition, to share the ideas and experiences of others with the aim of improving the quality of the products and services to be offered to customers .
🍡 It’s about giving a new flavor to things, not just the taste of a product, but also the customer experience of a public establishment.

To build and develop the concept, our CEO Renato Bonanni started from three keywords that represent 3 global trends:
creativity, understood as the human being’s ability to create, innovate, do something different starting from pre-existing elements
technology, understood as a set of tools that allow creativity to become innovation
sustainability, the union and balance of economic, social and environmental issues
Great success with the public, in the first edition at Palazzo dei Congressi, with over 4,000 visitors!
