𝗪𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 is an event created by MultiOlistica for Deloitte with the objective of launching and spreading in Italy the “𝑊𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛 𝑖𝑛 𝑡𝑒𝑐ℎ” community, aimed at promoting equal treatment and opportunities in the workplace.

The event took place in two stages, at the Deloitte offices in Rome and Milan: through storytelling, the lives of the protagonists of the initiative are intertwined with stories of women from the past who, thanks to their tenacity, ability and sensitivity have improved the world.

The 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 is based on a key message: the identity, energy and passion of women can provide enormous value in the workplace if they are given space and opportunities.
