KERR, a leading company in Energy Efficiency, has chosen us to carry out an 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 of its key resources with the aim of measuring their skills, potential and motivation and defining the development objectives.

We used the MultiHolistic© Methodology applied to the ᴠᴀʟᴜᴛᴀᴢɪᴏɴᴇ ᴅᴇʟ ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟᴇ ( personnel evaluation) (VdP©) using our assessment tools: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿©, 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗹’𝗨𝗼𝗺𝗼 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼©, 𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗶 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝘁e𝗻𝘇𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗲©.

The individual and group VdP© has provided fundamental indications that will allow it to redefine the organisational structure best suited to develop KERR’s business by training and placing the right people in the right place.
