We are supporting a group of young entrepreneurs in launching the startup SATOR, an innovative multi-specialty medical center.

The consulting project involves the drafting of the Business Plan with the aim of making the implementation of the business idea concrete and sustainable.

After outlining the corporate identity, we conducted a market analysis identifying SATOR’s positioning. Then we defined the business model (with the business model canvas), marketing plan and business plan.
