KERR, a leading Energy Efficiency company, chose us to redesign its business model by considering the company as a single ecosystem where elements are closely interconnected.

To define the new model, we used the MultiOlistica© Methodology combined with the Business Model Canvas stimulating management to apply creative thinking throughout the project (analysis, synthesis and evaluation).

The result of the work will enable KERR to better set its growth and development strategies starting next year.
