“Managing the Team with Empathy and Creativity” is a training project in collaboration with Luiss Business School, dedicated to Leonardo managers, with the aim of providing methods and tools to effectively manage project teams.

Our lecturer Renato Bonanni designed the course starting from the format Ciak del Manager© contextualized to the professional reality of Leonardo.

Participants completed a roleplay in which they had to simulate difficult meetings between client and supplier demonstrating great skill and involvement.
