On the occasion of Elettronica Group’s 𝐷𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝐷𝑎𝑦 we created the format KNOW | TELL | PLAY with the aim of educating the staff on the topic ᴅ&ɪ.

We set up three interactive centers in the company, dedicated to all employees:

KNOW | to dive deeper into the theme of “Human Inclusion” through videos and quotes from famous people
TELL | to share personal stories, examples and tips about diversity
PLAY | to experiment and reflect on the values ​​of the initiative in a playful way
The day was very creative and engaging, “activating” the participants on an important and current topic.
