• identification data of the interested party (name, surname)

• in the case of enrollment in courses: data relating to the type of participant (company or private)
• in the case of job applications: data relating to the type of application (type of profile/position, seniority, all data in the CVs sent)The aforementioned data are collected through contact forms on the MultiOlistica Srl website www.multiolistica.com.

For what purposes do we collect your data and why is the processing legitimate?
The Data Controller collects and processes the personal information of the interested party pursuing the following purposes:
• send commercial communications relating to the services offered and the initiatives promoted (legal legitimacy can be found in the consent of the interested party)
• invite the interested party to events organized by the company
• collect analytical data relating to visitors to the MultiOlistica Srl website

How does the Data Controller process your personal data and how long does it keep it?
The personal data of the interested party are processed both in paper and electronic form (servers, cloud databases, application software etc.).
The Data Controller keeps the information of the interested party for a period of time identified according to the civil prescription criteria and in compliance with specific sector laws, as well as on the terms necessary for the correct pursuit of the purposes identified above.

To whom do we communicate your personal data?
The personal data of the interested party are accessible only to MultiOlistica Srl employees and collaborators who need it to offer the requested services and limited to the information that is instrumental and connected to it.
Our employees and collaborators have been informed and trained on the methods and importance of respecting the principles and rules regarding the processing of personal data.
The Data Controller does not communicate personal information to third parties without the consent of the interested party, unless this is required by law or by an Authority:
• if it is necessary for national security reasons
• for reasons of general interest
• in relation to a request from public authorities

Is your data transferred abroad?
The data of the interested party is not transferred abroad.

What are your rights as a data subject and how can you exercise them?
The General Data Protection Regulation, officially regulation (EU) n. 2016/679, guarantees the data subject specific rights. In particular, the right of access, rectification, opposition to processing aimed at commercial or exclusively automated activities, cancellation, limitation and portability of the data, as well as the right to contact the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data. 
If the interested party wishes to exercise the rights recognized by law, he can send, without any formality, an e-mail to the address
privacy@multiolistica.com specifying his request and providing the information necessary for the identification of the instant. The Data Controller will take care to provide you with feedback within a month. If you are unable to provide feedback within this period, you will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons why you cannot satisfy your request.
