The course on Strategic Business Plan dedicated to Tinexta Group professionals teaches how to build an articulated Business Plan: objectives, context, strategy, organization and planning, financial analysis, risks and performance measurement.

The participants, divided into teams, after learning the theoretical fundamentals, completed the training by preparing an example Business Plan with the help of Generative Artificial Intelligence trained on the case.

At the end of the workshop, each team presented the project to the others, discussing its details and trying to convince possible investors to fund the initiative.
