A Business Training course that, through the analysis of the characteristics of Leader and Manager, teaches how to manage and motivate collaborators and how to delegate effectively. The metaphor of the 4 Cardinal Points of Relationships© and the analogies between Manager and Conductor and between Specialist and Soloist are used. The course includes skills self-assessments and numerous practical exercises.
