A cinema-based Business Training laboratory that develops the ability to communicate in all forms and to work in a team organized and coordinated by a leader. The participants, divided into groups, write and make a short film with all the main components: screenplay, direction, shooting, acting and editing. At the end, the shorts are screened and evaluated by all the working groups.
