𝗪𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 is the event created by MultiOlistica for Deloitte, with the goal of launching and spreading the "𝑊𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑛 𝑖𝑛 𝑡𝑒𝑐ℎ" community in Italy, aimed at promoting equal treatment and opportunities within the company.

The event took place in two stages, at Deloitte's offices in Rome and Milan. Through storytelling, the lives of the initiative's protagonists intertwine with the stories of women from the past who, thanks to their tenacity, skill and sensitivity, made the world a better place.

The 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 is built on one key message: women's identity, energy and passion can bring enormous value to a company, when they are given the space and opportunity to do so.
