A Business Training laboratory based on painting that develops the ability to concentrate on details and to have an overview, the sharing of objectives and team cooperation. The participants, divided into groups, paint a canvas after choosing the theme and role of each (preparation of the color, creation of the sketch, drafting of the background …). At the end, each group evaluates the other’s picture.
