A music-based Business Training laboratory in which the importance of communication and listening, rhythm and assertiveness, team working and performance are experimented in an engaging way. The idea is based on the analogy between team work aimed at providing customer services and rehearsals of a music band for a concert. The course includes exercises with the use of percussion and string instruments.
