All our courses are also delivered remotely.

A handbook is provided with rules and suggestions that are ready and effective to use in the various contexts in which we find ourselves having to train people. Team Building

A musical laboratory in which the importance of communication and listening, rhythm and assertiveness, team working and performance are experimented in an engaging way. The idea is based on the analogy between team work aimed at providing customer services and rehearsals of a music band for a concert. The course includes exercises with the use of percussion and string instruments.

Film Building©
Team Building

A cinema laboratory that develops the ability to communicate in all forms and to work in a team organized and coordinated by a leader. The participants, divided into groups, write and make a short film with all the main components: screenplay, direction, shooting, acting and editing. At the end, the shorts are screened and evaluated by all the working groups.

Clip Building©
Team Building

A cinema and music laboratory that facilitates group dynamics and stimulates participants to pursue a common goal, learning to know better each other. The aim is to produce a music video clip in all its phases, from the choice of the song, to its “live” performance shot by the camera, to editing. At the end of the video, clips are screened and commented by everyone.

Team Building

A writing laboratory that develops the ability to communicate in all forms and to work in a team organized and coordinated by a leader. The participants, divided into groups, create a newspaper like a real editorial staff, selecting the themes, writing the articles and choosing the images. At the end, the newspapers are read and commented on by all the working groups.

Stage Building©
Team Building

A theater laboratory that allows you to work in a team by developing listening skills, vocal and body expression and the ability to change roles. The participants, divided into groups, stage a mini theatrical show by self-assigning the parts (director, actors, costume designer, set designer …). At the end, each group evaluates its own performance and that of the others.

Paint Building©
Team Building

A painting laboratory that develops the ability to concentrate on details and to have an overview, the sharing of objectives and team cooperation. The participants, divided into groups, paint a canvas after choosing the theme and role of each (preparation of the color, creation of the sketch, drafting of the background …). At the end, each group evaluates the other’s picture.

A photography laboratory that develops the ability to observe, communicate through images, organize one’s work and operate effectively in a team. The participants, divided into groups, must create a photographic exhibition: they choose the topic, take the photos, print them and build a themed path. At the end, each group visits and comments the other’s exhibition.

A kitchen laboratory that allows you to exercise group dynamics by developing your creativity and planning skills in particular. The idea is based on the analogy between the conception, organization and preparation of a certain food and the activities carried out by a team in the company. The course includes the presence and support of professional chefs.

An outdoor experience that stimulates the participants to develop team working, leadership and the ability to solve problems and face unexpected events. The idea is based on the analogy between planning and executing a sailing cruise and the activities carried out by a team in the company. The course includes a boat trip with a professional skipper.

Trek Building©
Team Building

An outdoor experience that stimulates participants at working by objectives, effort management and optimal use of resources or job tools. The idea is based on the analogy between planning and executing a mountain excursion and the activities carried out by a team in the company. The course includes an excursion of variable difficulty with an alpine guide.

Olympian Goddesses©
Team Building

A creative experience to encourage interaction and collaboration in all-female work groups and to overcome obstacles and frictions between colleagues. An analogy is created between the Greek Olympus and modern companies; the goddesses, initially belligerent and competing, will have to integrate and collaborate in order to better know both themselves and the others, and modify rivalry into complicity.

Team Building

An experiential journey of five sensory stages to conceive, design and manufacture products, using the strength of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. The participants, divided into groups, freely develop their creations; at the end of the work, each team evaluates the results of the others, then scores are assigned to determine a ranking for final award.
