Renato Bonanni shared his vision of creative leadership as part of a seminar of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome.

 Creative leaders:

2. They use creative thinking to ideate, solve and decide
3. Are flexible and know how to change point of view
4. They bring out the full potential of the team
5. They turn problems into opportunities 

The meeting, organized by the Order in collaboration with PMI CENTRAL ITALY and FOIR - Fondazione Ordine Ingegneri Roma, was an opportunity to discuss innovation in project management.
