The course on Strategic Business Planning, designed for professionals from the Tinexta Group, teaches how to build a comprehensive Business Plan: objectives, context, strategy, organization and planning, financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance measurement.

Participants, divided into teams, first learned the theoretical foundations and then completed their training by preparing a sample Business Plan with the support of Generative Artificial Intelligence trained on the case study.

At the end of the workshop, each team presented their project to the others, discussing its details and aiming to convince potential investors to fund the initiative.
